How we proceed:
One or more of our senior consultants meets with one or more leaders to gain an initial understanding of your situation. Based on your situation, a team of 3 senior consultants is formed to conduct the assessment. Consultants will have both general management and functional experience relevant for your organization and situation, and they will have access to other Forrest Consulting associates to gain any specialized insight that may be needed to complete the assessment. Critical issues and key opportunities are identified through methods which may include interviews, surveys, secondary research and analysis of provided organizational information. The consulting team forms a set of high-level recommendations on how to proceed. In both written and face-to-face presentations, the findings and recommendations are delivered and discussed.
